Here at Old Colonel Cars, the Classic and Performance Car Agency, we are delighted to have this superb example of the Porsche Cayman S 6 Speed manual.
A September 2006 example with only 80,000 Miles.
This example features the mid mounted 3.4 engine mated to a 6 speed manual gearbox.
This car drives and performs very well indeed, very tight and great fun.
With near 911 performance and sounds, excellent handling and a very tight manual gearbox, this Porsche will make an ideal daily performance classic.
!! The reason why this car is on a best offer auction, is that it doesn’t have the normal level of service history of an Old Colonel Cars Car and its it a Category N car (the lowest category), as it was involved in an accident that has been recorded, damaging the front wing and light !!
I can confirm this car drives and performs perfectly and represents so much fun for not a lot of money.
The car was serviced this year Carrera Engineering, Porsche specialist, along with checking the Bores, which were all fine.
Then a new clutch / flywheel was fitted, along with replacing the Rear Main Seal.
As this is a late 2006 car, it has the later, improved IMS bearing from factory.
