The X50 Power pack option is very sought after. Porsche 996 Turbos with this rare option came from factory with larger K24 turbochargers, larger intercoolers, a revised ECU, exhaust modifications, raising the engine’s output from 414 to 444bhp. Not only did it produce more power, the car was much more responsive low down, a very noticeable upgrade.
