In the last 2000 miles this car has just has a new 2000cc Stage II Fast Road engine by renowned MG specialists ‘Brown and Gammons’. Along with other improvements, electronic ignition, exhaust manifold etc, this cost £6000. Also, its recently benefited from a new set of Avon tyres, front shocks etc.
This car is a delight to drive, the engine really responds well, gearbox is nice and tight, with overdrive, suspention and brakes all feel very good.
Finished in White with Chrome bumpers, Webasto roof, Black seats with Red piping, Minilight Wheels, this car has a lovely spec.
13,666 miles from full restoration around 2000, the bodywork remains in excellent, solid condition. For the next 20 years, it remained in the hands of one owner, SORN through the winters, always garaged and stored correctly.
