This is a December 2014 E63 AMG Bi Turbo (5.5 V8) saloon, producing 560 BHP and a 0-60 of 4.2 seconds.
I have had the pleasure of driving most of the very fast saloon cars and I can tell you, this car takes some beating. Drive it around in comfort mode and this car is just a very nice, well appointed saloon car. But every time you touch the throttle, the deep V8 rumble lets you know there is more to this car.
Select any of the other driving modes and the car instantly tightens up, the gear change become super fast from the 7 speed gearbox, but its the engine thats the star of the show. The 5.5 Bi Turbo V8 is a pure masterpiece, I think its one of the best sounding cars you are ever likely to drive.
Not only does it have the sounds, the performance in this saloon can only be described as insane. This is a superbly fast car, and the handling from the AMG active suspension keeps this car on track, much similar to the M5 of the period. You have 3 suspension settings – Comfort / Sport / Sport +.
Finished in Obsidian Black Metallic with a Cream Nappa Leather interior. The paintwork on this car is immaculate with a deep all over shine. The interior has been kept just as well, this car has clearly been cherished by it 2 owners.
