This is a September 2003, Jaguar XJ Super V8, with the top of the range 4.2 V8 supercharged engine, producing 400 BHP mated to a six speed auto gearbox. These are very rare cars and the very top of the range from Jaguar at the time.
A very rare car, with less than 300 sold worldwide with only an estimated 50 sold in the UK.
Although they still share some of the styling of earlier XJ’s, this was very much an all new car.
Using a mostly Aluminium chassis, these were much lighter than the size might suggest, a much more modern design.
Please do some research, the X350 XJ was a big step forward for Jaguar.
This is a low owner car, with only 4 former keepers.
The 1st owner, a Mr Ellis, owned the car for 14 years.
It was supplied new by Guy Salmon Jaguar Ltd of Thames Ditton. The car was purchased new in the UK and shipped straight to owners villa in Marbella, Spain , where it spent the first 2 years, being served by Jaguar in Spain. Then it returned to the UK, where it was kept and used lightly, at their UK apartment, with it allocated underground parking, always being serviced by the supplying main dealer, Guy Salmon Jaguar.
This car is absolutely immaculate, finished in Sea Frost Green with a Sand leather interior.
