Here at Old Colonel Cars, the Classic and Performance Car Agency, we are delighted to have this absolutely superb example of the BMW E34 3.5 M5.
This April 1992 example has covered 185,000 Miles, although to look at it, it’s hard to believe it’s covered even half that.
Its a testament to how well this car has been maintained, as it drives and performs perfectly, this M5 feels very tight and responsive.
This is a low owner car that’s clearly been cherished.
With only 3 former keepers, the first for 3 years, the second for 29 years.
The paperwork and service history that comes with this M5 is outstanding.
Its been looked after by BMW main dealers or well respected BMW specialists since new, fully documented, filling 6 folders with all the paperwork from new.
It also comes with all the manuals, original service book, no less than 5 keys, along with 2 boxes of spares.
Everything works, ice cold air conditioning etc. It also features an electric rear blind, side blinds, electric memory seats, heated seats and heated mirrors, with a tilt & slide sunroof.
Finished in Sebring Grey with incredibly rare Siam Grey Buffallo leather.
The lower bodywork trim is finished in a 2 tone finish, as was the factory finish on these early examples.

Look inside, no cracks in the dash, the headlining is also just as good, suede extending to the pillars etc.
The wheels have just been refurbished, so present perfectly.
The suspension was recently upgraded to BC Racing coil overs, with adjustable height and 30 way adjustable damping.
Whether you like it hard or soft the choice is yours. Currently its been set up for mild road work and it feels just right.
Underneath this E34, it’s all good and has been regularly re-protected every 3 to 4 years.
All the usual places that can can suffer on this, sills, jacking points, floor pan, arches are all good.
This car has come from a lovely collection, only lack of space forces a reluctant sale.
I am sure he won’t mind me saying, he is a bit of a perfectionist, hi is the perfect customer to buy from.
If you look at the MOT history, the only mention of rust on the bodywork, 3 years ago was quickly addressed, with invoices to prove the work was undertaken correctly.
In the last year, this car has been fully serviced and checked over, diff rebuilt etc by well renowned BMW specialist Classic Heroes.
