A true time warp example, this May 1988 example has covered 78,000 miles, with full service history.
It been cared for by the last owner for 20 years. Always garaged and always put away clean etc.
They really don’t come up as good as this very often.
The Alpine White paintwork is in immaculate condition. It looks to be very original. Look closer, no noticeable dings or dents, absolutely no rust, solid wheel arches with factory stone chipping, front wings have never been off, still have the original factory seam sealer. Look even closer, all the chrome work is in perfect condition, all the rubbers are un faded, the light lenses are all clear. A nice touch, this classic BMW features the supplying dealer, Cronk BMW dealer plates front and rear, the original BMW mudflaps are also still present.
Look inside this car, the Black sports leather seats are in lovely condition, the dash is free from any cracks, the door cards and carpet are all just as good.
Look underneath this car, the amazing condition continues, all original, no welding, superb car …
The soft top is in lovely condition, not faded by the sun, the 15 inch BMW BBS alloys are all curb free.
We have all the original documentation, original stamped service book, the BMW folder with all the manuals, a folder with old MOT’s etc.
The car drives and performs perfectly, engine very quiet from cold, super smooth. The automatic gearbox is performing perfectly as does the sports mode. No knocks or rattles, this car is a delight to drive.
This car comes from a lovely collection of cars.
