The current owner purchased the car and used it as their daily until this year, taking the mileage to 63,000 miles.
So the car remains a genuine low mileage car, but the daily use has taken its tole on the condition.
The paintwork is showing its age. Notably the top of the doors have reacted / faded, edges of bonnet and boot the same, the odd mark here and there as you can see from the pictures. This is your chance to improve an original example, that no one has go to before. Look at the arches, all solid and original, but just starting to have the odd minor surface rust.
Inside, you can see the original driver’s seat has torn, but otherwise it presents very well.
Underneath this car remains very original and rust free, see the pictures.
There last few MOT’s have mentioned an oil leak, so this will need attended to.
It drives very well, no overheating, very smooth etc. The battery doesn’t hold a charge very long, so it will need replacing.
So this is not the usual OCC car, but a good project for someone or maybe you want a classic daily …
