The E46 M3 needs little introduction. It is widely regarded as one of BMW M’s great driver’s cars, combining the wonderful 3.2 litre straight-six engine with superb chassis balance and that unmistakable E46 M3 character.
The CS takes the standard M3 and adds a number of important changes, giving the car a slightly sharper feel whilst retaining all of the usability that makes the E46 such a great performance car. The CS was designed to be more focused than a standard M3, featuring a lot of the CSL upgrades from the factory.
